DGM (Internal Audit) :

 Academic Qualifications Experience ASA ACMA ACACIA.  At least ten years of experience (including eight years of well-known status of Head of Internal Audit).  Age: Up to 45 years.

MANAGER(CORPORATE AFFAIRS):

MBA MSc LLM from THE accredited institution or equivalent preferably from foreign university.  At least ten years experience in car corporate affairs in a reputed company.  Familiarity with Companies Packet, Trade Commercial Laws, SECP Rules and Corporate Governance Code.  اہ Ability to handle board / AGMS committee meetings, publication of brochures / documentaries and advertisements.  Experience of (Corporate Affairs) Compliance i.e. Government Audits, Regulators like SECP, CCI etc.  Compatibility and written communication skills in MS Office, ERP.  Manager Age: Up to 45 years.  

MANAGER(LEGAL AFFAIRS):
