GENERAL TERM & CONDITIONS:

1) General Screening Test and physical fitness test as per advertisement will be conducted by ETEA from all eligible candidates.

2) Shortlisting will be based on the Screening Test conducted by ETEA and marks obtained in ETEA Test will have no weight in  the final selection.

3) Physical fitness test will be conducted by ETEA as per Service rules those who fail to qualify physical fitness test will not be considered Physica.

4) Any act to bring or attempt to bring outside influence directly or indirectly relates to the selection process, such conduct will be disqualified at any stage of the selection process.

5) The candidates working in Government / Semi Government should apply through proper channel channel 6. Minority quota  will be observed as per Government rules. 

7) If any Candidate apply / submit any fake, fraudulent and bogus documents of any type at any stage of selection process strict legal action will be initiated against him and will be declared black listed black leite.

8) The documents of selected candidates at the final stage of the selection process will be verified from HAR the concerned board / University at their own cost.

9) Selected Candidates at final stage will obtain character clearance certificate from the concerned district police officer and Medical fitness certificate from authorised Government Hospital.

10) The selected candidates will be posted anywhere in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife / Peshawar WEL Wildlife Division ACADE.

11) Selection will be made as per Government prescribed rules S 

12) Candidates shall be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications.

13) Incomplete applications and applications received after last dates will not be entertained 14) Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.

15) After final selection, the candidate must submit an affidavit of Rs.500000 (five lac) that  he will serve the department at least for five years.  In the case of five years.  He leaving job, he will pay Rs.  Five hundred thousand in the government Treasury.  

16) Error / omission in the number of posts are subject to rectification.  

17) No TA / DA is admissible for the test / interview.  

18) No post may increase or decrease. 

HOW TO APPLY:

• Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.  

• After successful submission of online application, a prescribed UBL jazz Cash, Easy Paisa online deposit slip (having token number, candidates personal information) will be generated.

• Take a printout of the generated UBL jazz Cash, Easy Paisa deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non - refundable) in any Branch of UBL jazz Cash, Easy Paisa.  N 4. 

• After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (Candidates copy) having bank stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.  

• Availability of online application form on www.etea.edu.pk on 20-4-2022.

• Last date for submission of an online application is 31-5-2022 7. 

• Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to  print their Roll No.  slips from ETEA website www.etea.edu.pk.  

• Candidates are directed to not give ported / convert ported / converted mobile numbers. 

• Screening test and physical fitness test date, time and venue will be mentioned on Roll No.  Slips by ETEA .

• Candidates will be informed by ETEA through SMS for physical test, screening test.
